Wien (aktiencheck.de AG) - Die OMV Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN AT0000743059/ WKN 874341) wurde heute von ihrem Aktionär International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) aus Abu Dhabi benachrichtigt, dass IPIC die von ihr gehaltene Anzahl an OMV Aktien von bisher 20,4% auf nun 24,9% des Grundkapitals erhöht hat und somit nunmehr 81.490.900 Aktien hält.
