Unterföhring (aktiencheck.de AG) - Die Aktie der Kabel Deutschland Holding AG (ISIN DE000KD88880/ WKN KD8888) wird zum Preis von 22 Euro ausgegeben. Dies teilten Eigentümer, Unternehmen und beteiligte Banken heute mit. Die Erstnotierung an der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse wird am 22. März 2010 erfolgen. Insgesamt wurden 34,5 Mio. Aktien (einschließlich 4,5 Mio. aus einer Mehrzuteilungsoption) zu einem Preis von 22 Euro je Aktie platziert. Mit einem Gesamtvolumen von ca. 760 Mio. Euro (einschließlich Mehrzuteilung) ist dies der größte IPO in Deutschland seit über zwei Jahren.

Mit der Transaktion beauftragt waren die Deutsche Bank und Morgan Stanley als Joint Global Coordinators und J.P. Morgan und UBS als Global Bookrunners sowie BNP Paribas, Société Générale und Royal Bank of Scotland als Co-Lead Managers. Der abgebende Aktionär, eine von Providence Equity Partners beratene und gemanagte Holding-Gesellschaft, wird nach dem Ablauf des Angebots mindestens 66,7% der Aktien oder mindestens 61,7% der Aktien nach vollständiger Ausübung der Greenshoe-Option halten. Dabei sind keine Aktien berücksichtigt, die nach Ablauf der Angebotsfrist den Teilnehmern des Managementbeteiligungsprogramms zugeteilt wurden.
