Damit wird tiscon von zwei Vorständen geführt. Nico Lemmens verantwortet als Vorstandsvorsitzender die Bereiche Services, Solutions und Marketing. Hans- Jürgen Döringer ist als Vorstandsmitglied Finanzen für alle kaufmännischen Themen sowie Personal, Investor Relations und Recht verantwortlich.
